Want more than the Basics?

For $85 a seat, learn how to utilize the interactive zones, spice up your content with hyperlinks, and work with images/shapes by taking our ViewletBuilder Workshop. The Workshop is made up of two one and a half hour online sessions with a homework assignment in between. The first day will cover an overview of ViewletBuilder, focusing on creating a solid foundation. The homework assignments will be given at the end of the first session and critiqued during the second session. The second session takes place the very next day at the same time. During the second session we will walk you through the nuts and bolts of creating interactive content. By the end of the workshop you'll be on your way to becoming a master at ViewletBuilder.

In October we released v4.58 of ViewletBuilder for Windows as well as Linux, which was a significant update for the Linux platform. Please download the latest version of the software today!

Also, due to a great demand from the Mac community, we are working on an updated version of VB4 for Mac and hope to release it in Q1/2007.

The release of ViewletBuilder5 for Windows is just around the corner. We continue to add lots of new features to this release that will make ViewletBuilder even more powerful and easier to use than ever before. Stay tuned, because we'll be announcing the release in January.

In December, Qarbon will be launching a new product to take the course authoring environment to the next level. This new product will be completely web-based and give you access to real-time collaboration and media sharing among team members anywhere in the world. This environment will set new standards for content creation and will be offered as both a self-installation and ASP to provide maximum flexibility.

The Holiday season is finally here, and we hope to pleasantly surprise you over the next few months as we continue to add some exciting new products and services to our website. In addition to the new web-based authoring tool set to release in December, we are also planning to announce some changes to our ViewletCentral hosted application that many of you use today to store and measure statistics on your viewlets. Some of you were unable to use ViewletCenral due to the current space limitations we have for both FREE and paid accounts. We took the time to speak to many of our users and have come up with a solution to the problem. We realize the best way to handle this is to limit the number of Viewlets per account rather than limit the disk space used. Starting in December this program will go into effect and will give you, our users, greater flexibility when choosing a publishing location for their projects.

At Qarbon we are committed to creating and providing you with the best presentation software in the industry. I am very excited about the new and innovative products and services we will be introducing in 2007 and look forward to continuing our hard earned tradition of innovation and excellence.
