Known Issues/Resolutions

Why am I prompted to register each time I launch ViewletCam? After registering, a “…registering online…” box appears followed by an “…unsuccessful online registration…” error (or it appears after relaunching ViewletCam, what do I do? When trying to register, I get an “Incomplete or incorrect information” error, what do I need to do to resolve this? How do I get rid of the yellow header and footer in the HTML file that launches my ViewletCam Flash file? Why do I get the error “Your security settings do not allow Web sites to use ActiveX controls installed on your computer?
